Annual leave
All employees globally get 35 days annual leave inclusive of public holidays.
Volunteer leave
We care about our communities and giving back and encourage our employees to do the same. We provide all employees with two days volunteer leave per year.
Wellbeing
We run wellbeing initiatives throughout the year across all of our offices and provide employees access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
Flexible working
We have a hybrid working model for all roles that are able to work from home.
