Based at our Auckland CBD office, as a Digital Marketing Manager at Oritain, you will support the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our paid digital marketing efforts, ensuring we drive high-quality traffic, conversions, pipeline and ultimately revenue.
Responsibilities
- Leverage market research and customer insights to create relevant digital marketing campaigns across core digital channels (LinkedIn, Google, Trade Media and the 6sense DSP platform). Managing campaigns from awareness to revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead nurturing and marketing automation strategies.
- Develop audience segmentation and craft tailored messaging to improve engagement and conversion.
- Partner with regional sales leadership to refine and maintain a list of strategic target accounts.
- Own and execute our Trade Media calendar, including newsletter, sponsored email and thought leadership content.
- Collaborate across the marketing team to drive multi-channel execution through events, email, and digital.
- Expand distribution beyond owned channels (blog, email, social) by experimenting with new channels, creative approaches, and messaging
- Establish a data driven approach to monitor, analyse and measure performance, ROI across campaigns.
- 4+ years experience in B2B Digital Marketing/Demand Generation. Hands on experience in(Linkedin Campaign Manager and Google Adwords).
- Experience working with-in connected go-to-market systems (6sense, HubSport, Salesforce, Outreach).
- Understanding and experience of account-based marketing strategy is a plus.
- You are a resourceful, self-starter. You're not afraid to take on the unknown or think around obstacles.
- An iterate-fast mentality. You celebrate, understand, and document what worked, what didn't and optimise based on your learnings.
- Creative copywriting skills that stand out and command attention.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn that into insights and actions.
- Strong time and project management skills. Able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Opportunities move in real time, and so you'll need to be able to do the same.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
