We’re upgrading the Oritain Membership Program to give customers faster access to results, greater context around their verification data, and more ways to use that data within their existing systems and workflows.

Oritain Membership was built to make forensic origin verification an ongoing part of how customers manage supply chain risk. Rather than relying on ad hoc verification, Membership provides a structured ongoing verification program designed to give you visibility into your supply chain and help you identify and respond to potential risk more proactively.

But visibility is only part of the picture. The value of ongoing verification grows when you can access evidence quickly, understand your performance in the context of the wider market, and bring verification data into the supply chain decisions your teams make every day.

We’ve made a series of updates to Oritain Membership with that in mind. Customers can now benefit from faster turnaround times, new Customer Insights that add market context to verification data, and API integration that makes it easier to bring verification data into existing systems and workflows.

Here’s what’s new.

Get verification results faster

When you’re responding to a sourcing question, assessing a potential supply chain risk, or addressing a compliance inquiry, speed matters. We’ve reduced our standard turnaround times, giving customers faster access to their verification results.

Oritain now offers the fastest turnaround time in the market, with results available in as little as 7 working days through Express testing.

This means less time waiting for results and more time to act on what they tell you.

Delivering results faster has required significant investment across the way verification results are processed and delivered. Through greater automation across our operations and technology, we’ve built the capability to deliver results faster and more reliably at scale.

Add market context to your verification data

Knowing how your own program is performing is important, but knowing how that performance compares with the wider market gives you a different perspective.

If your program consistently reports 90% consistency with declared claims, is that strong? Are others in the market performing better or worse? Is your position improving over time?

We’ve introduced Customer Insights to help you answer those questions.

Included as part of Silver and Gold Membership, Customer Insights is a report that adds benchmarking and wider market context to your verification data, giving you an external point of comparison for understanding program performance. You can see how your results are trending over time, how your performance compares with the market average, and how patterns in your own program compare with broader market trends.

This makes the data you already have more useful, helping you identify where closer investigation may be needed and giving you greater context when discussing supply chain risk with stakeholders.

Bring verification data into your existing workflows

As origin verification increasingly influences sourcing, quality and compliance decisions, your verification data needs to sit alongside the other information used to make those decisions. That can mean manually transferring results into quality systems, ERP, compliance platforms, reporting environments, or other internal tools before they can be used across your organization.

For eligible Gold Members, our secure API integration makes that transfer easier.
