Dr Kate Jones
Strategic Science Advisor, Oritain
Dr. Kate Jones has been with Oritain for more than eight years, where she drives the science delivery of cotton, wool, mohair, and cashmere verification programs.
Kate completed her undergraduate degree in environmental sciences and chemistry at the University of North Carolina, before obtaining her PhD at the University of Otago in New Zealand, modelling the interaction of the marine environment and drivers on carbon dioxide fluxes along the coastal New Zealand shelf.
Jason Thompson
VP Of Brand Development, Supima
Jason L. Thompson is a brand and marketing strategist with an extensive background in the textile industry. He has worked at Supima for more than seven years, before which he served as Director of Global Sourcing for Cambridge Towel Company.
Jason has traveled the globe working with every piece of the supply chain and built a strong perspective of manufacturing, sourcing and supply chain excellence.
