About the Event
The Semana Internacional do Café (SIC), or Brazil International Coffee Week, is Latin America's premiere coffee event and one of the largest in the industry. The 2023 event has a theme of 'Producer Origins - A Vision of the Future for a New Coffee Chain', which makes for a perfect alignment with Oritain's expertise.
The event will enable coffee professionals to connect with others from across the globe, as well as announce the Coffee of the Year Award.

Oritain have been invited by event organizers to deliver a presentation on our work with the Federation of Coffee Growers from Cerrado Mineiro.
Cerrado Mineiro take origin and traceability very seriously as this provides buyers, brands and consumers from all over the world the assurance that when they buy Cerrado coffee, it’s actually true to origin, protecting the livelihoods of Cerrado farmers against fraud.
