We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team as a Salesforce Administrator. As a seasoned Salesforce Administrator, your mission is to empower our sales team through streamlined workflows, shorter sales cycles, and stronger customer relationships. By optimizing Salesforce and our commercial tech stack, you'll transform our sales operations into a dynamic engine for growth and a catalyst for sales excellence. Through professional competency, workflow automation and data-driven insights, you'll drive efficiency, scalability, and impact, enabling our team to deliver exceptional results.

Your role is not just about system management—it's about becoming a strategic partner to our entire go-to-market organization (Sales, Marketing and close working ties to Product and Operations), driving revenue growth, and delivering unparalleled value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules.
  • Execute Salesforce configuration changes to optimize system functionality, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, and custom settings.
  • Manage sandbox environments to support development and testing activities.
  • Identify and gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable, best practice solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience. Participate in relevant projects.
  • Identify and eliminate unused or underutilized platform features to streamline operations.
  • Develop and maintain a platform roadmap, defining priorities and aligning with business objectives.
  • Communicate platform changes effectively to end users and stakeholders; maintain strong collaboration across the go-to-market organization.
  • Implement data management strategies to enhance Salesforce data quality through rules and automation.
  • Perform proactive system maintenance activities such as Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer runs.
  • Provide support for user inquiries and tickets, own Salesforce help desk, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction for Salesforce and adjacent applications.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption and process compliance through training and ongoing support.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Collaborate with and manage / interact / have an overall good understanding of integrated applications including (or similar) HubSpot, 6sense, Influ2, Conga, Tableau, Sales Navigator, Lead IQ, Outreach, Paddle, Gong, CPQ, DocuSign, Spiff, and Dialer solutions, etc.
  • Support service cloud implementation for other departments and understand/contribute to the relationship between Salesforce, NetSuite, and SharePoint.
  • Facilitate data migration activities as needed.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge with at least 3-4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges and Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Salesforce adoption and improving process compliance.
  • Proactive attitude towards platform enhancements and ability to design scalable, best practice solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in translating requirements into technical solutions and experience in change management and governance.
  • Training end users and key stakeholders, along with maintaining technical documentation.
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration changes including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage providers and developers relating to the Salesforce space.
  • Experienced with learning and continuous improvement.

Desirable:

  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder.
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise surpassing basic administration, some development expertise.
  • Strategic leadership aligning Salesforce initiatives with business goals.
  • Some proficiency in solution, data architecture for complex business requirements.
  • Technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.
